Phillips Education has appointed Ninad Pathak as Assistant Vice President – Marketing and Communications, bringing over 13 years of expertise in marketing, strategy, and digital transformation to the role.
In his new position, Pathak will lead the company’s brand and communication strategy, strengthen its digital presence, and drive integrated marketing initiatives to boost visibility and engagement. Extensive Experience Across Marketing and Communications
Prior to joining Phillips Education in November 2025, Pathak held leadership positions across several major organizations:
- Head of Digital Marketing, Cello (Nov 2024 – Nov 2025)
- Assistant Vice President – Marketing, IndiaFirst Life (May 2023 – Nov 2024), where he managed integrated media, brand content, and partner branding initiatives
- Media Group Head (Apr 2018 – Mar 2021) and Associate Director – Strategy (Apr 2021 – Apr 2023) at Interpublic Group (IPG)
- Manager – Marketing Strategy and Media Planning, Madison World (May 2016 – Apr 2018), focusing on media strategy development and consumer insight analysis
Pathak began his professional journey as Senior Research Analyst – FMCG and Pharmaceuticals at Nielsen in September 2012, working on brand research and new product development projects for global clients, including Unilever. His early career also included a year as System Engineering Intern at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (Jun 2008 – May 2009).
With his wealth of experience across digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer insights, Pathak is set to strengthen Phillips Education’s marketing and communications initiatives and elevate the brand’s presence in the education sector.
