HubSpot’s technologies address unconnected AI agents across go-to-market teams, who may utilize separate customer data and duplicate or conflict on tasks that lack common context.
HubSpot has announced Agent Hub and Agent Builder, two tools for marketing, sales, and support teams to manage and create AI agents. Both are accessible in public beta to Professional and Enterprise subscribers.
The solutions are intended to solve the issue of AI agents working independently across go-to-market teams, which can result in agents working with different customer information and performing redundant or contradictory duties.
Duncan Lennox, Chief Product and Technology Officer of HubSpot, stated, “The issue isn’t managing a single agent in isolation. It’s that when you have numerous agents, they become fragmented, each operating from a distinct picture of the consumer, or worse, no image at all. Agent Hub resolves this. “One place to see agent performance, with everyone working together and using shared context. That’s what will drive outcomes for go-to-market teams.”
Agent Hub provides a centralized location for teams to see and manage AI agents throughout their organization. It enables users to:
- View the live status and performance of all active agents.
- Identify agents that have not been activated and switch them on with a single click.
- Agent Hub allows you to access Agent Builder as well as HubSpot’s Agent Marketplace.
- Manage agent results in accordance with go-to-market objectives such as demand generation, transaction closing, customer happiness, and growth scaling.
Agent Builder enables teams to design and improve unique AI agents and automations with natural language. It is connected with HubSpot and enables agents to access data such as transaction history, contact records, call transcripts, and purchasing indications.
Agent Builder enables teams to create agents and automations on a single canvas, integrating processes, custom agents, and triggers without switching tools.
It can alert agents via scheduled timings, contact changes, webhooks, or third-party connections.
Breeze Assistant allows teams to specify tasks in clear language, and Agent Builder determines which ones need to be executed.
They may leverage the same data foundation as HubSpot’s core agents, requiring no additional setup or field mapping.
Ignite Reading, a virtual literacy tutoring company that operates in over 25 states, uses Agent Builder to construct a custom agent that automatically detects and parses each school district’s academic calendar based on the domain and school year specified in its transaction record.
According to HubSpot, the task that used to take 15-20 minutes each district now takes seconds, saving over 350 hours per year.
Agent Hub and Agent Builder are now in public beta for Professional and Enterprise clients.
