The new brand featuring a numerical ‘1’ logo and monochrome style will roll out across projects, digital platforms and marketing assets.
Lloyds Realty Developers Limited has unveiled a new brand identity as part of its most recent branding upgrade.
The Mumbai-based real estate developer has chosen a new brand mark centered on the number ‘1’, replacing its previous blue color scheme with a monochrome design. The brand stated that its name and key beliefs will stay untouched.
The new brand will be applied across project websites, sales galleries, marketing materials, digital platforms, corporate assets, and partner networks.
Ravi Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Lloyds Realty Developers Limited, commented on the rebranding, saying, “This redesign shows Lloyds Realty’s progress as a company – not just in how we appear, but also in what we stand for. As client expectations in Mumbai’s real estate market become more sophisticated, we are developing projects that go beyond construction to generate meaningful value, trust, and experience. Over the next five years, we hope to establish Lloyds Realty as one of Mumbai’s most regarded luxury developers, and our brand serves as the cornerstone for that journey.”
Sunil Mahadik, Creative Head of Minds Collective, said, “A brand identity should do more than create recognition. It should express the ambition of the business it represents. For Lloyds Realty, we wanted to create a visual language that reflected clarity, confidence and a long-term vision. For a real estate firm, it is crucial that the identity reflects its compassionate and human nature. Combining ‘L’ of Lloyds with the numeral ‘1’ created a powerful symbol of leadership, strength and excellence. The monochromatic palette was intentionally chosen to convey sophistication, permanence and timeless appeal. As Lloyds Realty enters a new phase of growth, this identity provides a distinctive foundation that is both strategically meaningful and instantly recognisable.”
The redesigned branding matches its new brand concept, ‘Building Soulful Spaces,’ which replaces its previous positioning of ‘Value Buildings, Building Values’. It also stated that its attitude to customer service and stakeholder involvement will remain unchanged.
